Partnering with communities to effect change and to provide meaningful opportunities for the poor and the marginalized , especially rural children, women and youths in the impoverished communities so as to empower them speak out, advocate, influence and claim their rights and effectively participate in fulfilling their developmental aspiration. (We therefore aim at enhancing livelihood)
